Our producer Lotta Nilsson presented her final thesis at Malmö University earlier today.

From now on you can stop calling me an intern. I´ve just finished my degree thesis and held a presentation about it this morning. The thesis presented an analysis and improvement of the working process at Good Old.

The purpose of my thesis was to make a proposal to the company on how they can improve their work process by carry out a current analysis which includes a profile analysis, process mapping and a customer analysis.

The results of the current analysis showed me that the communication and the documentation at the company needed some improvement. We have now started to implement the improvements in the process and it’s already showing good results.
